I created this website to disclose the despicable,  illegal and fraudulent actions by the FL Dept  of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement in conjunction with their attorney (Mr. Albert Arena of the Florida Attorney General's Office) and the judicial personnel (Hearing Officer Michael Coffee and the Honorable Judge Paul Huey) that have literally occurred in my case.  My name is Susan.  My son, Jimmy (now 15 years old) suffered through child abuse at the hands of his biological father (DOR's client).  When I found out, I went to DOR/courts for help.  Instead of helping my son, DOR and the courts (and I hope you're sitting down) took my son's child support AWAY FROM HIM IN FULL, leaving my poor son to suffer AND they bestowed that child support upon the pedophile who abused my son.   My ex-husband does not pay a dime - my son still suffers with the effects of the child abuse.  I have been denied my civil rights by the courts, had orders issued that are not-compliant with federal and state laws and I'm disclosing every single disgusting fact of this case in hopes that others that are the victims of these corrupt agencies will find my information helpful or we can help each other.  I'm going to win this case - DOR, their attorney, Albert Arena, Hearing Officer Michael Coffee and Judge Huey issued orders on matters not even before the court, yet these illegal and disgusting actions/orders have already taken everything away from my son and I.  When my son was receiving his child support (back in 2010), we weren't getting rich from it, but the child support was completely spent on my son and I, as any parent would, did without so that my son had everything he needed and wanted.  Now, with NO CHILD SUPPORT, my son and I live in poverty.  Their actions caused me to suffer a stress disease which has left huge, white round scars all over my body (disgusting to look at) and has left me disabled.   My son and I had a long talk and we are now a united and determined team - determined to right these horrible wrongs no matter what we have to do to obtain it.  Now,  my son and I are taken our case to the federal agencies that oversee this program for Florida and action will be taken because when they read my son's testimony of how the child abuse has continued to cause him night terrors and other PTSD afflictions and how the theft of my son's child support leaves my son without alot of basics that he should rightfully have, their ears and eyes are wide open and they are receptive to our story.

My goal here is to provide information regarding my case in hopes that it may help someone else in a similar situation.  We can all help each other as well.  Just because DOR CSE is a state agency and a Hearing Officer and judge  have complete and utter disregard for their oath of offices and the laws of this state and our great nation,  does not allow them to violate our children's rights.  Please review the info I've provided and as things progress, I will update the "Our Progress" page.  I do have a hearing held for 1/18/12 but I don't hope for any thing.  Please....feel free to email me or post your story on the "Blog" page.  On the "Documents" page, I have listed the documents that I have uploaded and a description of each.  If you wish to get copies of any of these documents, please email me and I will forward them to you via email immediately.    I'm sure  many of you have been the recipient of an order/document such as these; I have learned SO SO much from other families (mothers, fathers, children, etc) that have also been victimized by DOR and the courts and now, I am offering what I have learned to you and anyone who I can help.
Please note:  I do not accept nor do I ask for any donations.  I am doing this solely to get my son what he is rightfully due.  If I can help you (or vice versa), let me know.  If you are a parent trying to avoid paying support for your kids, please exit my site now.  I do not, in any way, shape or form have tolerance for parents who refuse to support their kids when they are able to. 

This is not a joke - I'm not laughing and I'm mad.  My son deserves to not suffer, to not be abused, to not be poor, etc and I will not stand for it.  Someone told me last year, "you can't beat the state - they're the law."  Well, maybe not - but I will tell you this.  I may not win completely, but if I go down in flames, all these corrupt DOR people, attorneys, hearing officers and judges that caused this injustice to my son will be going down with me in flames.  If I go down, they're going with me.
