Please be patient with me as I work on updating this site.  I have so much information to put on here that I truly hope is helpful to someone else.
In addition, my son and I are planning our trips to Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA to meet with pertinent personnel to help our cause.  Just like all of you, I will not quit until my son receives the child support, the justice and the respect that he deserves.

My names Jimmy.  I'm gonna be 15 yo tomorrow.  Susan is my mom.  My mom made me mad because she never told me anything about my dad being a dirt bag and that she didn't get anything because she was giving me what i needed.  Now I'm older and i'm taller and stronger than my Dad and me and him need to have a man to man talk.  i nd to teach him how to be a real man - dirt bag.

i told mom that i wanted to go with her to tell my story. i want the right people to know about yrs of being abused by that dirt bag and hurting because of it while my mom was fourced to pay like 30000 twice to him.  mom said that people at school cd find out what happen to me when i get on the news but i figure i'm gonna be real poplar if i get on the news and then i can get rich and when my dirt bag dad comes looking for me bec i got money, i can slam the door in this ugly ass face!  i want to help people too who r going thru this and i esp want to help pretty teenager girls that

For the past 5 years, I have tried to get FL DOR CSE and the family court personnel to cease all discrimination, civil rights violations and fraudulent actions so that my son would not only be protected from further child abuse at the hands of his biological father (DOR's client) but that he would also receive child support funds that he so rightfully deserves.  In 2011, Hearing Officer Michael Coffee (in Tampa) allowed fraudulent testimony from my ex-husband's attorney, Mr. Ellis Faught, Jr. of Brandon, FL as well as DOR's attorney, Mr. Albert Arena of the Attorney General's office in St. Pete.  My civil rights and liberties were stomped on (orders were issued on matters that did not even have a pleading filed), order violates state and federal constitutions and laws and Judge Paul Huey, a family law judge supported this travesty of justice by ordering the ruling be finaled.  When I challenged the final order (as the law allows), Judge Huey executed the most unbelievable, discriminatory, untruthful order I have ever seen.  I am posting a copy of it to the Documents page soon.  Judge Huey's order from August 2011 is written evidence of biased, discrimination and complete and utter disregard for my rights and liberties as well as absolutely ZERO effort to act in the child's best interests.  I am going to get this case fixed and if I have to go to the newspapers and the federal government to do so, then my son and I are going on the road.

For any of you who have been victimized (or your children victimized) by the illegal, fraudulent, unethical, unprofessional, etc actions of FL DOR CSE and/or judicial personnel who have no regard or respect for the laws of this great country, please feel free to post your story, thoughts, info,etc on this blog.  FL DOR along with their partner in crime, the family court hearing officer and judge, have stolen over $31k from me (made me pay child support twice and also when I had custody of child) and NOW THEY HAVE STOLEN ALL OF MY SON'S CURRENT SUPPORT.  Not gonna happen.
