This is Lisa Vickers.  Lisa is the Executive Director of the Florida Department of Revenue.  I have written to her hundreds of times since 2009 and she has never personally responded to me, although I must give her credit for passing my correspondence on to her lower echelon employees for response.  Lisa works at DOR's main office in Tallahassee.  Lisa Vickers is clearly aware of all the injustice that my son has suffered and she has taken no action to put a stop to it or to act in my son's best interest.  It's important to note that Lisa Vickers is responsible for providing and certifying false information to the federal government.  I fully expect the federal agencies to look to Lisa for detailed explanations and immediate remedial actions.

This is the grand daddy of all of them.  This is the Honorable Paul Huey, Family Law Judge in Hillsborough County, FL.  Judge Huey is responsible for reviewing Mr. Coffee's Report and Recommendation and approving it for final order if he sees that everything has been done properly.  I filed a Motion to Vacate, nine pages long based on the fraudulent conduct of Mr. Arena as well as Don's private attorney, Ellis R. Faught, Jr. of Brandon, FL.  This motion contained exact statements, references to page and line numbers of transcripts that supported my claim as well as each and every law, civil right and civil liberty of mine that was violated.  The motion was clearly sufficient to void the order however, Judge Huey decided instead to issue an order stating that my claims of fraud were "a buck shot approach", not substantiated by the evidence (not true) and for the kicker, he ordered that I can not file ANY further pleadings without hiring an attorney.  I will scan this ruling in and you can read it for yourself because this ruling is the most illegal, untruthful and retaliatory ruling I have ever seen.  What a disgrace to the judicial system.  To top it all off, the Jacksonville Times reports that Judge Huey earns an annual salary of $134,280.0 (what a waste of taxpayer dollars).

Mr. Albert Arena is DOR's counsel for all child support hearings (no photo was available).  Mr. Arena works for the Office of the Attorney General, based out of their St. Petersburg, Florida office.  Mr. Arena is required by Florida Statute to obtain case information from DOR so that his participation in a hearing is based on the facts of the case.  Mr. Arena did not do this in my case.  He also provided false information to the child support hearing officer while violating my right to be heard and my right to due process.  Mr. Arena should have been disciplined by the Florida Bar for his illegal and unethical actions in the hearing however, the Family Law Judge blatantly issued a bogus order that was solely intended to protect the Attorney General's office from the consequences that they deserved for their behavior.

Child Support Hearing Office Michael Coffee hears child support cases in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Hillsborough County (no photo was available). . Mr. Coffee has absolutely no knowledge of the case, makes  comments that begin with terms like, "I don't know.... I think.....It might be....."  He is required by law to obtain the requisite case information in order to determine a finding of fact.  In my case, he had no knowledge of the facts, he blatantly violated state and federal laws and he clearly discriminates against women in child support hearings.  He does nothing to hide his bias.  Mr. Coffee works at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 490 in Tampa, FL 33602.  His office number is 813-272-5458. His assistant  is Diana Browing   .  His conduct during my hearing and his subsequent report and recommendation are clearly riddled with horrific abuses of process and authority - even to the point of ordering something that was not even before the court.  To add insult to injury, the Jacksonville Times reports that Hearing Office Michael Coffee earns an annual salary of $82,717.44!  (It is my opinion that Mr. Coffee isn't worth one penny of this salary).
